How to join in the photo and movie contest.
・to record the festival scene by photo or video, and join.
・to record the audience remotely watching the festival on Ustream all over the world, and join.
・If Ustream is not available, you can also joining the contest by taking a photo of your night sky on the day, or by recording the party scene with your friends and family, saying "Cheer up, Higashi-Matsushima!."
Anyone can join with the uploading fee of 500 yen (used for prize-giving and partially for donation).
